BLOG EXHIBITION DATE 2020
Salutations, Grade 2.
As a mini, day project, between projects, you learned about the process of weaving. Some of you were off and away working magic with the weft and the warp, while others found it a bit confusing about whether you should go over or under the warp. It is hard sometimes to know. If you get stuck when you try this at home, just check out this refresher video...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=opUOb0knagU ... thank you Mrs Brown!! :0) What I was most impressed by was the creativity you showed after you finished your page of weaving. Some of you made patterns with drawings, others created purses, while still others made cylinders or birthday cards. Limitless possibilities!! Check out your artwork in the Gallery! Love it! :0)Ms Angie

Angie AndreasWith a career spanning 25 years, I have worked alongside children from infancy to 9th grade in a generalist classroom setting. To my delight and surprise, an opportunity arose for me to become an art teacher in 2015. My first year was a learning experience and I expect that will be the case with all the years to follow.
