BLOG EXHIBITION DATE 2020
Sabaidee, Grade 1!
To connect with your homeroom unit of inquiry, we created relationship sticks to show that we can find commonality between us. We used leftover yarn or wool to wrap twigs we found around the school. After completion, we put our sticks on display and found two or more that could be connected. These connections were through patterns, colors, lengths and widths. No one's project was left out. We saw that everything was related in some way. In the end, we combined all of our sticks together to make a Relationship Tree. It was challenging and rewarding and helps us remember... We are all in this together! :0)Ms Angie

Angie AndreasWith a career spanning 25 years, I have worked alongside children from infancy to 9th grade in a generalist classroom setting. To my delight and surprise, an opportunity arose for me to become an art teacher in 2015. My first year was a learning experience and I expect that will be the case with all the years to follow.
