Hello Prep!
You did heaps of research about your families and learned about how you were influenced by your parents and grandparents. To reflect this learning, you created a Family Tree. As a year group, you had so many ideas of how you wanted to express your connections to the past. Some of you painted pictures, some of you used branches from trees, some of you made mobiles and some of you did wire sculptures. When I displayed your work in the front office, Ms Jane and all the Administrative staff were so happy to see what beautiful creations you made. I felt excited to share your art with the community. Angie AndreasWith a career spanning 25 years, I have worked alongside children from infancy to 9th grade in a generalist classroom setting. To my delight and surprise, an opportunity arose for me to become an art teacher in 2015. My first year was a learning experience and I expect that will be the case with all the years to follow.
