BLOG EXHIBITION DATE 2019
Hello, Grade 4. I’ll not be able to address you in this way soon. Grade 5 is on the horizon…a little over a month to go. How wonderful it was to have Alex Face, Thai Street Artist, come and create with us. This was a perfect time to explore your How we express ourselves unit of inquiry. Many of you were star-struck when you met Alex for the first time. His artwork can be seen all over the world and if you are a frequent visitor to Bangkok, it would be highly likely that you would see something there. Alex shared his ideas and reasons for creating. He told us about his past experiences and how he has changed over the years. You asked meaningful questions and delved into his art form with enthusiasm. What a treat! :0)Ms A

Angie AndreasWith a career spanning 25 years, I have worked alongside children from infancy to 9th grade in a generalist classroom setting. To my delight and surprise, an opportunity arose for me to become an art teacher in 2015. My first year was a learning experience and I expect that will be the case with all the years to follow.
